JUDICAP was founded in 2003 by Arthur Eyffinger. He has published extensively on humanism and the history of international law, has edited literary, historical and juridical works of Hugo Grotius and other humanist scholars and in recent years has produced monographs on the history of the Peace Palace and Carnegie Foundation (1988, 2004), the International Court of Justice (1996), the 1899 First Hague Peace Conference (1999) and on The Hague as an international centre of justice and peace (2003, second edition 2006). Several of these won international awards. Over the decades Dr. Eyffinger has served as president and board member of various learned institutions and as (general) editor of academic journals.

Multi-Purpose Taskforce
JUDICAP takes pride in styling its products to the particular demands of its clients and commissioners. In arranging its tailor-made products JUDICAP co-operates on a permanent basis with the graphic art and production facilities of Bruikman & Kok [www.bruikman-kok.nl] and the team of expert photographers of D-Vorm [www.d-vorm.nl] to warrant a flexible, multi-purpose taskforce of notable standing.
